种母鸭核黄素缺乏对子代雏鸭初生重、器官指数、体尺指标及血浆生化指标的影响Effects of Riboflavin Deficiency of Duck Breeders on Birth Weight,Organ Indexes,Body Shape Indexes and Plasma Biochemical Indexes of Offspring

摘要(Abstract):
本试验旨在研究种母鸭核黄素缺乏对子代初生雏鸭初生重、器官指数、体尺指标和血浆生化指标的影响。选取40周龄、体重和产蛋率相近的种母鸭80只,随机分为2组,分别饲喂不添加核黄素的饲粮(核黄素缺乏组)和核黄素添加量为15 mg/kg的饲粮(对照组),每组10个重复,每个重复4只鸭。试验期为7周。收集试验第7周的种蛋并进行孵化,统计产蛋率、受精率和孵化率,测定种蛋蛋黄核黄素含量,并测定子代初生雏鸭的器官指数、体尺指标、血浆生化指标及核黄素含量。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,种母鸭饲粮中不添加核黄素对产蛋率和受精率无显著影响(P>0.05),但可以显著降低种蛋孵化率(P<0.05);2)与对照组相比,核黄素缺乏可显著增加子代初生雏鸭卵黄囊重、卵黄囊指数(P<0.05),显著降低子代初生雏鸭腿长(P<0.05),显著降低种蛋蛋黄和子代初生雏鸭血浆核黄素和总胆固醇含量(P<0.05),显著升高血浆碱性磷酸酶活性和尿酸含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,种母鸭饲粮核黄素缺乏会严重降低种蛋孵化率、种蛋蛋黄和初生雏鸭血浆核黄素含量,导致鸭胚生长发育受阻,子代初生雏鸭蛋白质、核酸和脂质代谢异常。
