β-葡聚糖的生物学功能及在反刍动物饲养中的应用Biological Function of β-Glucan and Its Application in Ruminant Feeding

摘要(Abstract):
葡聚糖不仅可以调节肠道菌群结构,还具有提高机体免疫应答、增强反刍动物抗氧化能力等生物学功能,可在一定程度上发挥抗生素功能。此外,在细菌、真菌以及谷物中都存在丰富的、易于获取的β-葡聚糖。本文章主要回顾了近年来有关β-葡聚糖的研究,阐述了β-葡聚糖的化学结构和链构象以及其在生物体内的降解机理和代谢途径,总结了β-葡聚糖的生物学作用,如调节瘤胃微生态区系平衡、抗氧化、提高机体免疫、降血脂等功能,并指出了β-葡聚糖在反刍动物饲养方面的应用进展,表达了对β-葡聚糖在未来研究与应用中的展望,以期能够为β-葡聚糖的研究应用提供一定的理论依据。
